You can view your Card PIN from within the App. To do this, please go to the Card Management section of your App and select ‘View PIN’ - we will require you to enter your account password before revealing this and the PIN will disappear after 5 seconds on screen. If you need to change your PIN, you may do this from any ATM.
Before ordering your Card can begin, we require all users to pass KYC / Account verification. You will then need to ensure your fiat wallet is funded If you wish to pay via cryptocurrency, please go to the Exchange and sell your crypto into the relevant fiat wallet by selecting it as the Destination Wallet.
Please check your card is not frozen. Please also check the balance of your Card is sufficient. If you are sure all this has been done, please call this number on the back of the card. You may be charged a small fee if your card has been damaged.
If you go to the card management features for your Card you will be able to freeze and unfreeze your Card at will. This will block any transactions from being charged to the card.
If your Card is not working at merchant terminals, the card may have been blocked. If so, please got to the ATM and select 'PIN SERVICES' -> 'UNBLOCK PIN'. After unblocking your card, we advise you wait at least 15 minutes before attempting another transaction.
When your physical card has arrived, you will need to go to the Card section of your App and activate your card by using the 3-digit CVV number on the back of your card.
We charge a small XXXXXXX% liquidation spread on each transaction. We do not currently charge fees for spending abroad. For fees on ATM withdrawals and more please see the Card Terms and Conditions - found within the Manage Card tab.
We ask that you please wait one extra week because we find that in the majority of the cases the card will arrive soon after and if you order a new card your previous one will no longer be useable. Also, please check if you ordered to the correct address. If this does not resolve the issue, please call the number on the back of the card.
Please freeze the card in the App straight away while you try to locate your card. Once you are sure the card is lost, please call the number on the back of the card.
Please contact support if you are certain you have lost your Card. You may be charged to receive a new Card.
The available balance figure shown for your Card is an estimate. We dynamically generate this figure by calculating the total fiat value of your linked cryptocurrency wallets. We calculate the sum of your assets against live market rates and then apply our liquidation fee percentage.
We do not charge users any fees for spending abroad on the Crypto Link Card.
Due to how the Android OS is handling storage please make sure you check the download folder of both external and internal storage.

We automatically liquidate just enough of your cryptocurrency to cover the Point of Sale transaction you are making. To choose the cryptocurrency wallets you wish to be eligible for spending on your card, select the plus ( + ) button in the Card scene. Within here, you can select not only which crypto assets and currencies to link, but the priority order in which they are used as a source of funds. We charge a small XXXXXXXXX liquidation spread on each transaction.

It is important to understand that the available balance is an estimate and may not always represent the exact value available to spend on your Crypto Link Card. However, the balance estimate should always be very accurate and if you believe your balance is sufficient to make a transaction which is repeatedly unsuccessful please contact our Live chat support agents.
Due to the nature of the card balance, we do not support balance inquiries at ATMs or elsewhere. Whilst we do support recurring payment authorisations, we do not provide the bank account functionality which would allow you to set up a Standing Order.
You may link any of your cryptocurrency wallets to the Card. These options are subject to review without notice.

We aim to get all bank transfers credited within the same day. However, these can take up to 3-5 working days to settle in some cases. Contact support for more information.
At the moment, we do not support fiat withdrawals or withdrawals to bank accounts. You can withdraw your funds in the supported cryptocurrencies.
Two-factor authentication protects against someone other than yourself accessing your account from a foreign device. We require it for all external cryptocurrency transactions and whenever a user completes a ‘hard’ log-out. SMS verification is the most common method of 2FA employed by users.
You will need to verify your identity in order to use your account. This policy is in line with a banking regulation commonly known as 'Know Your Customer’ (KYC) and is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients. It is an industry standard AML and anti-fraud measure. It also helps us get you back into your account securely if other measures fail.

Go to 'Verify' under the 'Settings' section of our app,fill in your 'Personal details', and verify your identity. You will need to take a picture of a valid government-issued photo ID (front & back for Driving Licenses) and a clear picture of your face. We may even request a copy of your legal right to remain in one of our supported countries (e.g. visa, residence permit). Some tips to ensure the identity verification goes smoothly: 1.) We have no clearly blacklisted areas for access to our platform. If you reside in a politically exposed area of the world you may not pass KYC and permissions will be very limited. Only residents of the EEA will be able to order and use a Card and receive a bank account. Persons in The Americas, Asia and Oceania will be permitted to use the platform for cryptocurrency custody and non-Fiat trades.

You can send FROM any cryptocurrency wallet TO any other wallet on the same network. I.e. you can only successfully send from a Bitcoin wallet to another Bitcoin wallet. If you are unsure, there are a number of helpful chainalysis websites where you can check the provenance and/or destination of an address you are sending to or receiving from. Many cryptocurrencies also have standardised prefixes which you can use to identify the type of wallet in question. IMPORTANT: If you attempt to send a cryptocurrency to the wrong address your funds may be lost forever and we will likely be unable to assist you in retrieving these funds. Always double check before sending cryptocurrency. If you are planning on sending a very large amount we would suggest making a micro-transaction to the recipient address to ensure it reaches this address successfully before attempting your larger transaction. Furthermore, users can now send cryptocurrency to their phone contacts for free thanks to the platform!
Whilst there are zero fees or costs for sending cryptocurrency between crypto wallets/accounts, you will be charged variable ‘mining’ and/or ‘network’ fees to send cryptocurrency to any other wallets. These are the network fees specific to the cryptocurrency you are dealing in and are generally awarded to the ‘miners’ who verify transactions and secure the network, guaranteeing the performance and immutability of each blockchain.
Initially you will be able to make 10 separate purchase transactions within a 24 hour period. As your account history grows, this limit will increase.

We don’t advise closing your Card account as it can take a bit of time to set up a new account with the same mobile number. XXXXXXXXXX doesn’t charge to maintain an account on the platform which is not tied to the Card. After you’ve ensured you are happy with account closure being triggered, please talk to a live agent. They will ask you some security questions before we can delete your account.
You can download our app directly from the App Store and Android Store. At the moment, our iOS App will only run on the newer versions of the iOS Operating Software (v12.2 onwards). Because of the necessity for this software, your App will not run on anything older than an iPhone 5.
If your phone has been lost or stolen you may need to change the Mobile Phone number linked to your Two-factor-authentication. To do this, please contact support. Be aware, your Card will continue to work throughout this period of App inactivity. If you need to freeze, or even cancel, your Card whilst you have limited App access, please contact support.
You can create wallets for all supported cryptocurrencies, USD, EUR & GBP as well as any supported digital assets or tokenised loyalty programs. You will be required to successfully complete verification before generating any Fiat wallet. To add a wallet please use the ‘ADD WALLET’ button in the top right of the ‘Wallets’ (also ‘Home’) area. Alternatively, use the Plus symbol at the foot of the page.
